FH breaker displays optimum chip control over small cutting range, it employs a chip breaker dot and is best suited to finish cutting.
Technical Information:
- FH chipbreaker is our first recommendation for finish machining of general and alloy steel

- Can provide chip control at DOC@IPR from .010″@.001″ to .070″@.008″
- Use cermet grades NX2525 and NX3035 for finest finishes, especially at low SFM’s

- Inserts are available in CVD coated grades UE6110, UE6020, US735 and cermet grades NX2525 and NX3035.
